Sara Clark is a Partner in Quinn Emanuel’s Houston and Washington, D.C. offices.  As a member of the firm’s Government Enforcement and White Collar Criminal Defense, Crisis Law and Strategy, and Latin American practice groups, she focuses her practice on complex and sensitive international and domestic internal and government investigations, as well as cross-border disputes.  She advises clients on a broad range of international and domestic white-collar issues, including corruption, fraud, sanctions, international regulatory matters, money laundering, False Claims Act violations, and crisis management, with a particular focus on Latin American issues.  While her representations often focus on obtaining negotiated resolutions out of court and without indictment, she also has criminal trial and appellate experience. She joined the firm in 2017 after completing a clerkship for the Honorable Priscilla R. Owen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Texas School of Law, where she teaches a fall semester course in White Collar Criminal Defense and Government Investigations.
