Nick Marsh

Nick Marsh is the Chair of the Civil Fraud Practice in London, specialising in complex cross-border disputes involving both arbitration and litigation. His practice primarily focuses on M&A, finance, energy, telecommunications, fraud, insolvency, and offshore disputes and often involves parties from Eastern Europe and the Middle East involved in LCIA Arbitrations and related court proceedings.

Nick has received consistent recognition from esteemed legal publications. Notably, he has been inducted into the 'Hall of Fame' for Commercial Litigation by Legal 500 and is recognised as a leading expert in Civil Fraud. Furthermore, he is ranked in Band 1 by Chambers for Civil Fraud and is acknowledged in Chambers' Global Guide as an authority on Russian disputes. Nick has practised arbitration in both London and Paris. He is fluent in Spanish, French, and German and has a basic understanding of Russian and Italian. He has been appointed as an arbitrator by the LCIA Court in a significant CIS dispute and has also served as an arbitrator in an SCC Stockholm arbitration involving Russian parties.
