berndmeyerloewy@quinnemanuel.comDr. Bernd Meyer-Löwy is Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Munich office. He joined the firm in 2024. His practice with over 25 years of experience focuses on complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters. He has acted for financial creditors, investors, turnaround advisors, debtors and insolvency practitioners in multi-jurisdictional restructurings and insolvency proceedings. He is qualified as a “special attorney for insolvency and restructuring law” (Fachanwalt für Insolvenzrecht).
Prior to joining the firm, Bernd was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis, Linklaters and worked as an insolvency practitioner.
