Elan Sasson

Elan Sasson is a litigation and insolvency partner at Quinn Emanuel, based in the firm’s Sydney office. He runs cases across the country with expertise in representing funds and financial services firms in high stakes disputes and in driving or advising on strategic workouts and corporate insolvencies (with a focus on back-end disputes, investigations and recoveries).  Elan has over 15 years’ experience representing clients across a range of industries, and is praised for his energy, his tenacity, and his overlaying commercial and business acumen.

Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel, Elan worked for an international law firm and, earlier, was Associate to Her Excellency The Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC (now the 39^th Governor of New South Wales, when Her Excellency sat as a judge on the New South Wales Court of Appeal).
