If you are interested in working at the firm, we encourage you to send us your résumé, transcript and a writing sample directly. We also host events and interview at certain law schools. Of course, if you see us at a campus event or on campus interviews, please feel free to contact us there or sign up for whatever interviews slots we have available.

Meet Us On Campus
We host events on law school campuses throughout the country each spring. Our goal is to meet prospective summer and first year associates. Please contact the Recruiting Coordinator in your preferred office to obtain a schedule of these events.
Send your résumé and transcript to the recruiting contacts at the office in which you are most interested. If you are interested in more than one office, send them to the recruiting contacts at each of those offices, with a note that you are applying to multiple offices. Our recruiting contacts all work closely together.

Yes. A very significant percentage of our lawyers clerked for U.S. District Courts, Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. Supreme Court. If you are interested, simply send your resume to our recruiting contacts listed above.
Generally yes for both seniority and compensation purposes. Federal judicial clerks are eligible for a $175,000 clerkship bonus.
